• Roster changes after registration require approval and are not guaranteed.

• Official tournament rules will be provided prior to the event.

• Game length, inning limits, and mercy rules will be announced at check-in.

• Tournament officials reserve the right to adjust schedules, rules, or formats due to weather or field conditions.

• Coaches are responsible for the conduct of players, parents, and spectators.

• Unsportsmanlike behavior toward umpires, players, or staff will not be tolerated.

• Any individual removed for misconduct may be ejected from the facility for the remainder of the tournament.

• Participation is at each team’s own risk.

• The tournament organizer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or lost or stolen property.

• Teams are encouraged to carry their own medical and liability insurance.

• Games will be played rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.

• Schedule changes or delays will be communicated to team contacts.

• No refunds will be issued due to weather-related delays or shortened play.
