By participating in activities with Martinsburg Misfits Travel Baseball, you grant permission for photographs, video, and other media of players, coaches, and participants to be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials.
No compensation will be provided for the use of such media. If you do not wish for a participant’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.
